OUR PROFILE
New Tom Tai(Ex-Tom Tai Marine )was established in 1993 and accredited by the Ministry of Transportation, Department of Marine Administration (D.M.A) as Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services Provider, Provisional License No SRPS/ PMN/277.
We have managed the fleets consist of container, bulk carrier, general cargo ships, reefer and tug.
New Tom Tai is fully compliant with MLC2006, being certified and audited by Class NK regularly.

OUR SERVICES
CREW MANNING
Our Manning Services include from the selection/engagement of a single seafarer up to a full crew complement for a client’s vessel.
We selected the crews according to their Qualified, Experience, Professional skills and good communication skills.
All seafarers are sufficient service to their specific ranks.
Crews possess the appropriate flag license and corresponding special qualifications, statutory certificates and other requirements of the vessel’s Flag Registry Administration
Seafarers are oriented on the policies and procedures of the company and the safety management system on the vessels.
VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
We deal with crewing, the careful processing and checking of documents in the selection of crew for different vessels types.
Our stringent procedures avoid the risk of inappropriate or inadequate crew documents delaying your vessels in ports.
We ensure that documents and certificates comply with IMO, ILO, and STCW 95/98 convention as amended and ISM code and that the training and certificates are proper for the crew positions and type of vessels for which seafarers has been hired.
PRE JOINING MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Before employment we make sure that seafarers must have a medical clearance form medical centers accredited with local Seamen Employment Control Division (S.E.C.D).
